3. Refund, Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellation by You (Client)

If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing (email or letter) as soon as possible. Cancellation charges will apply depending on how early you cancel before the tour start date. The scale may be:

| Time before tour start     | Cancellation Fee / Refundable Amount  |
| -------------------------- | ------------------------------------- |
| More than 30 days  | 80% refund (20% cancellation charges) |
| 15–30 days                 | 50% refund (50% cancellation charges) |
| 7–15 days                   | 25% refund                            |
| Less than 7 days / No-show | No refund                             |

(You may adjust percentages or time cutoffs as per your business model.)

Some services (flights, hotels, peak season, non-refundable components) may have stricter cancellation rules; those will override these general rules.

3.2. Cancellation by Us

If we cancel the tour (for reasons other than your breach)

* We will notify you as early as possible.
* We will offer either (i) alternate tour of similar standard, or (ii) full refund of amount paid (less any non-recoverable costs).
* We will not be liable for additional costs you have incurred (flights, visas etc.) unless agreed in writing.

3.3. Refund Process

* Refunds (if due) will be credited to the original mode of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
* We will credit refund within **7 business days** to the original payment method.
* For third-party services (flights, hotels) where the supplier does not refund us, we may deduct the non-refundable portion before issuing your refund.
* Any bank charges or conversion fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

3.4. Modifications by You

If you request modifications (date change, itinerary change) instead of cancellation, we will try to accommodate subject to availability and suppliers’ policies, and additional charges may apply. The modification request must be in writing.

3.5. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events

If a tour is disrupted, delayed, or canceled because of events beyond our control (natural disasters, civil unrest, weather, pandemic, government orders, etc.), we shall not be liable for compensation beyond offering alternatives or refund of the recoverable portion. We will provide reasonable assistance.

 3.6. No-Show

If you fail to show up for the tour or any portion thereof without prior notice, you will forfeit full cost of that portion; no refunds or adjustments will be made.

### 3.7. Disputes over Refunds

Any disputes over refunds or cancellations will be handled in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction listed in the Terms & Conditions.
